Vital Organic Rooibos Tea

This product has been a home favorite lately because of its health reason. My partner and I are tea lovers, although we aren't very conscious about caffeine intake but still we would keep it to a minimum if we could.

Rooibos tea contains no caffeine and rich in antioxidants. It is a popular drink in Southern Africa. If you google 'Rooibos tea benefits', you will find many sites explaining the great benefits this tea brings.

At the meantime, I am enjoying mine now :)

If you are looking for affordable organic milk, this might be your choice. For $1.99 per litre, it is really low price compare to Pura or Elgar which I mentioned in my previous post.

Taste aspect, I find it not as creamy as Elgar. Having said that Elgar is almost double the price of this one.

No matter what you choose, as long as you are drinking certified organic milk, you know that the cows are treated humanly and the milk has nothing else but milk.
