I've watched this today, the video does highlight that we need to be a smart consumer in this century when we do our food shopping. Ultimately, we are what we eat.

Woolworths Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread - $3.99

 - $I am not a big fan of supermarket brand as I would like to support local farmers. Well, sometimes supermarket is convenient and I do surrender at times when I need it quick. Got this strawberry jam lately from Woolworths. I must say I like the taste mainly because it is not overly sweet. 

I had a look at the ingredients label which says:

Ingrendient: Organic Strawberries (48%), Organic Sugar, Water, Vegetable Gums (Pectin, Locust Bean), Firming Agent (Calcium Chloride)

I wonder about the firming agent. Anyone knows anything about Calcium Chloride ?

Organic skinny latte

I tend to grab my organic skinny latte from Jamaica Blue@Victoria Garden whenever I am at the mall for lunch. The reason is just simply because it tastes good, smooth and it doesn't upset my tummy after drinking it! Have you ever drink a coffee and feel uncomfortable? I definitely have such experiences. Although I have no scientific proof or solid evidence but at times I do feel yuck after drinking a cup of coffee at a cafe that I hardly go.  Perhaps it's the milk or whatever inside. This never happen whenever I have my Jamaica Blue organic skinny latte.

The staff @Victoria Garden are friendly and nice, the shop is clean and tidy whenever i am there. Sometimes, I will enjoy a meal there. The food taste fresh and yummy. Given said that, I don't know if they are using organic ingredients, perhaps I can ask the staff one day. Another thing that I enjoy from Jamaica Blue is their free magazine. It contains great news on the health bits and one can find great recipes inside too! It's a good piece of work.
